Dr. Ira Roach III founded The City of Refuge Church Inc in 2004 with one vision in mind, help the last, lost and least understand that they too have a purpose.  Dr. Roach has mentored and developed youth and young adults who have become today's influencers, authors, entrepreneurs and global leaders.  This coming year the City of Refuge Church Inc celebrates 19 years of producing results with developing people. 

The mission statement of The City of Refuge Church Inc. 

The mission statement has been a guiding principle in developing the culture of the City of Refuge.  The methodology is an acronym created by Dr. Roach and his team of experts. A LL -I N.  Creating a safe space for those who were in trouble or in debt or who were just discontented. (I Samuel 22:2) Using this method has produced entrepreneurs, authors and influencers.

"Know who you are," says Dr. Roach to his mentees.  This would be an affirmation that has been the foundation of his words to the students. 

Providing guidance through development, training and coaching has produced results from the City of Refuge Church Inc. which has continued into the next generation of leaders and influencers. The City of Refuge Church Inc has reached over 2,000 people in the last 19 years with the method of A L L -I N and there is now a global mission to reach people all over the world teaching the ALL-IN method!

Professor Ira Roach III is the founder of Focus Forward Global Civility Movement and the Senior Pastor of the City of Refuge Church Inc. He is also a Professor of Searcher Education and Vice- Chancellor of Communication and Development at United Graduate College and Seminary International.  and founder  of Ubuntu Graduate College and International Seminary,  He holds a Doctorate in Christian Counseling, Christian Education and a Certified Christian Coach.
