Dr. Clyde Rivers, Father of Civility, Founder of I Change Nations and Chief Chancellor of United Graduate College/Seminary International was invited to Las Vegas, Nevada by Professor Allen Mallari, (Seek Jesus First Ministries) to perform a graduation ceremony and celebrate new Community Ambassadors. Dr Rivers was accompanied by a team of Professors of UGCSI and World Civility Ambassadors to participate in the celebration.

According to World Civility spokesman, HRH Dr Clyde Rivers, "We are growing the greats." We have leaders who are pioneers and will impact the world."

The day session consisted of several students being honored and awarded with Doctoral degrees from UGCSI. Students heard from Dr. Clyde Rivers, (Chief Chancellor), Dr. Ira Roach (Vice-Chancellor of Communication/Development) and Keynote speaker Chancellor Michal Pitzl (Founder of Searcherdemics). The graduates were given a charge to change the world with their new mandate.  The message was clear, the "Holy Spirit" educator has given each of them ideas that would allow them to utilize the evidence and results to move the kingdom forward.   The evening session consisted of several panels, the UGCSI staff and a panel of authors which included an information session to assist those aspiring to be an author with tools, experiences and steps to move forward.

 A graduate from the youth division,  World Civility Ambassador Dr. Ryan T. Mitchell ignited the crowd and told them, " find your voice and use it to change the world.  I ignite you today to make changes, motivate others and be great in the earth."

Professor Ira Roach III is the founder of Focus Forward Global Civility Movement and the Senior Pastor of the City of Refuge Church Inc. He is also a Professor of Searcher Education and the Vice-Chancellor of Communications/Development at United Graduate College and Seminary International and founder  of Ubuntu Graduate College and International Seminary,  He holds a Doctorate in Christian Counseling, Christian Education and a Certified Christian Coach.
