Professor Ira Roach has a history of mentoring young men and women. He believes that mentoring "should provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling."
He has pastored a church for 19 years and instills in the next generation the importance of leaving a legacy to have the world move forward. One such mentee has embraced the mission of empowering and uplifting women of color.
The second annual Black Girlz Rock will be held during Women's History Month in honoring women of color and the advancement of women. Newly appointed World Civility Ambassador, Ms. Quameshia Callwood is the founder and has even collaborated with fellow Civility sisters, such as Dr. Anana Fifer-Derilhomme the creator of Blessed Girls Global, Dr. Betty Speaks, Dr. Obioma Martin and Dr. Jennifer Harris. This year is set to be an evening to remember and setting a mark for service to come.

This year is the first for a youth female to be awarded the 4 C's Youth Civility award! Blessed girls global is proud to collaborate with Black Girlz Rock and reaching a younger generation!
