The Focus Forward Philosophy encompasses learning the importance of vision and gaining insight into how to help humanity to see a better tomorrow. Essentially, we want to help you move from what was to where you can be!  The days are gone where we focus on the wrong thing for too long, but we want to help you get sight for the rite bite!

 Without a vision people perish.   “Vision is the distance that exists between the reality of “what is” and the possibility of “what could be.”   I believe that people do not blindly stumble into greatness. For remarkable goals to be achieved…for a tremendous success to be accomplished…for nations to rally and overcome tremendous odds—it always begins with vision!  

Professor Ira Roach III is the founder of Focus Forward Global Civility Movement and the Senior Pastor of the City of Refuge Church Inc. He is also a Professor of Searcher Education at United Graduate College and Seminary International.  and founder  of Ubuntu Graduate College and International Seminary,  He holds a Doctorate in Christian Counseling, Christian Education and a Certified Christian Coach
